Active problems / Diagnostics: Ability to add more options for the status of a diagnostic.

Dre. Mintz, psychiatrist, mentions that in their field the diagnostics may change often. As of now, if we invalidate a diagnostic it will retroactively invalidate the diag in past notes. She would like the option to invalidate it only in the current note when necessary.

Impacted users: Any user able to see / create a note

Visually: Have an additional option in Invalidation that could be '' invalidate in all note / invalidate only in current note ''
