Send note automatically to family Doctor

When clicking "Approve note", the spcialist would like to also have "Approve and send to family doctor"

Dr Stephenson, Marie France, in CCSMTL says Medesync has that.

Right now the specialist has 2 options, either send a task to the secretary or click the printer, find the note (after it's approved) and then Fax it but has to find the name of the family doctor even if it's in the patient file.
