Results - Add possibility for doctors to transfer their results to another doctor directly in their Settings tab

– Affected user(s): Clinical users who receive results in MYLE

– Task affected: Transferring results to another user when away from office

– Impact : Doctors are not always aware that they have to contact an admin to have their results transferred to another doctor while they're away, so they often don't do it and use an improper workflow.

– Current state The doctor has to ask an admin, assuming that they know about this functionality. They often don't, so the other doctor simply looks at the results through their results.

– Competition consideration: Omnimed apparently has this feature available.
