Ability to copy / paste from a document to a note (Similar to copy / paste result to note)

Labs can be copied into a new note easily but you cannot copy and paste anything from a Document in the documents section. Some results like x-ray reports still come to clinics by fax and the doctor wants to copy it into the chart note like with a lab result but cannot add it or copy and paste from it.
