Ability to '' turn off '' the approbation of document when the doctors do not require it.

orthowestisland: Currently, if a doctor is assigned as '' responsible provider '' the document is automatically sent as unapproved in their inbox. They would appreciate a way for the approbation of document to be '' optional '' and not leave a notification if they have unapproved documents.

Context: The MD will print a form / document for a patient > the patient will then give it to the secretary > the secretary will scan the document to add it to the patient's file > once the document is indexed, the MD will receive a notification that advises them they have a new document to approve / consult.

They do not want this. Explained a workaround (not enter the responsible provider) but the clinic would still appreciate a way to make the approbation on / off.
