Ability to add a written note in the Immunization section

– Affected user(s): all clinical users

– Task affected: The customer would like to be able to add a note in the Immunization section like in the progress note, to indicate that the vaccination log was checked on a certain date and whether or not it is up to date. She would like this note to be visible in the Immunization section.

– Impact : The note will be visible in the Immunization section.

– Current state There is no note in the Immunization and the clinician needs to check the immunization each time.
