Add clickable text options in the Problem/Diagnoses section

Task affected: when writing a note in the Problem/Diagnosis section.

Impact: the doctor can save clicks by selecting clickable texts in the box select from the list.

Current state: the doctor must click on the problem/diagnosis option to be able to write in this section.
