IDEA: Adapt the system to automatically refresh when an appointment is taken in the calendar OR the patient file to have a clear, quick view of the availabilities.

– Affected user(s): MOAs

– Task affected: Affecting the booking process for all office staff of high volume clinics

– Impact : Reduce the need to validate every time the MOA books an appointment at the same time as another MOA to make sure the system did not conflict and one of the two appointments wasn't saved per example.

– Current state: Currently, the MOAs are refreshing the booking page / calendar before booking to see if the availabilities are still present. They would appreciate a way for the system to instantly refresh.
