Urgent messages/tasks in pop-up window

Checkbox for "urgent" tasks - which would pop-up on recipient's window. Internal chat should be considered as a potential work-around.

    Medesync have this feature that was very well loved.

    Why would users use this feature:

    • Discretion: When discussing sensitive info on the phone, it's not always possible to be discreet (discussing about medication, prescriptions, exam request, results etc).

    • Multi-tasking: Could send a message to a doctor while a patient is on the phone (example: Secreaty sends a message to a doctor: "Please resend X form to Y").

    • Time sensitive issues: Example: Patient is calling from a pharmacy saying that there's no prescription for him. Secretary can notify the doctor right away.

    • Specific use case: A walk-in patient comes in. Secreaty can notify all doctors to check if anyone can take the patient between 2 appointments

    Clinic Leblanc+Savaria was using this feature a lot in Medesync. Can provide more info if needed
