Appointment visible to specific list of patient in portal

Affected user(s): Doctors/nurses Task affected: Some doctors want to display their availability to their patients while specifying who can view it (consider adding a customer type: list of patients).

Impact: Instead of manually scheduling appointments for patients and confirming with them, this availability could be visible only to a specific list of clientele.

Current state: Creating user accounts for the service and assigning them to patients as favorite clinicians so that their availability will only be visible to these assigned patients.
