Document Indexation: Pop-up Warning to prevent duplicates

Inform users with a warning pop-up that a document with same date/same classification key has already been indexed under that patient's file to prevent doubles.

Affected users: Medical secretaries mostly

Task affected: Indexation, batch scanning

Impact: Could prevent doubles and the time it would take to: 1. find the duplicates & 2. delete the duplicates.

Current state: There are no such pop-ups, nor any verifications to prevent duplicate indexations.
