The clinic would need to remove the approbation rights for notes, documents and results for all resident type users. Currently, residents can only send the notes and not approve them but they are still able to approve documents / results which then removes the items from the supervisor's inbox (marks it a read / filed).
Please note that we validated in Aide au Support regarding the possibility of configuring this specifically for this clinic but were referred to filing it as a AHA!. The clinic mentions that this would be an urgent improvement need for them.
