Ability to give access to tasks retroactively when creating a new user account.

The example given by Ms Amel Bendouah to illustrate is; she is creating a user account for someone whose job will be to take care of tasks exclusively. She is currently unable to give this employee access to tasks created before the date that the user account was created.
