Ability to modify the start of the automatic file number added to new patient files

Currently: When we create a new patient file, the file number is autopopulated by default. We have a tool to add missing pseudonyms at Support, but the number will be '' at random ''.

Recommendation: Have a tool in Administration tab that allows admins to change that default start number (per example, start at 40000 instead of current number populated by the system) without the need to contact support and while being able to customize it to their need.
