Centralized grouping of all the forms in a specific patient file

For a patient, I want to see all the forms in the file across all notes.

1) I can search for a form, but sometimes I don't know the name.

2) I can search for a form, but I want to see ALL forms at a glance

3) I can use the printer icon but it's time consuming and counter-intuitive for most folks to click on a "printer" to simply view something so folks tend to forget about this feature, or they know about it but takes to much time to filter out the forms.
