Ability to expand the amount of availabilities visible on Portal

Currently: Can only see two time slot for AM and two for PM

Improvement: Allow users to select how many time slot they wish to display for patients to book

    Basically would like for patient to have this same full view available when booked through patient file but in Portal instead of 2 first app always only (see attached;;
