Mobile version of patient portal - layout of the type of appointment should be easier to read

The client informs us that the layout of the appointment type in the portal account is very different between the mobile version and the web version. On the mobile version, some important information about the appointment is hidden in the little i to the right of the appointment type. They're worried that some patients won't click on the i and miss out on details.

They would like to know if the i could be made more prominent so that patients can see it better. Or even to be able to bold or italicise certain parts of the text in the mobile version as seen in the desktop version.
