Add option "Unapprove last document" in the DOCUMENTS tab

In DOCUMENTS:

Sometimes, users approve a document too quickly. When that happens, they want to be have an option next to the "refresh" option on the top right corner called "Unapprove last document" that will allow them to cancel the last approval they did and get the document back in the list of unapprove documents.
