DOCUMENTS: Highlight the last document the user opened

Users would like the last document they opened in the DOCUMENTS tab to be highlighted so it will be easier for them to find it if they need to change tabs and come back or if they annotated the document, but they didn't approve it and need to find it quickly in the list (those users don't work on the document on top of the list first).
