Add the option to archive a message from a shared inbox

– Affected user(s): Users being part of a shared inbox

– Task affected: Archiving messages from a shared inbox for a colleague

– Impact : If a user is covering messages for a colleague, that person will see all non-relevant messages because colleague couldn't archive it for them.

– Current state User will have to archive all their messages themselves when returning from vacation.
