Display prescription status if it was faxed or printed out

– Affected user(s): Users creating prescriptions and sending them out

– Task affected: Adding a prescription in a clinical not

– Impact : It would reduce the risk of error and save clicks if we could get a visual confirmation when we have faxed or printed a prescription inside a clinical note. It could look like the symbols we have for elements shared to the portal or the CRDS form.

– Current state Users need to search the Portfolio for the prescription faxed to get a confirmation that they did not forget to hand it out.
