Ability to cancel a communication that has been sent or edit the recipients

We may add the wrong recipient in a communication. User would like to have the possibility to modify the recipient even after sending the communication.

Task affected: Communications tab ( Messages or Tasks)

Impact : To easily correct the mistake by removing the recipient or cancelling the communication

Current state : adding a note in the communication to notify that it's the wrong recipient
