BC Results filter by patient's Doctor

Client mentions in their old EMR the results were essentially filtered by patient's Dr. For example all the results for a patient, regardless of the prescriber or where it comes from, it will be in the Inbox of the Dr in charge of the patients. Which is not the case currently in MYLE, results that comes in with clinicians that are not part of the clinic goes under a fictional Dr. account named after the clinic and admin need to filter through it, which is not efficient and seems more of a turnaround than a long term solution for them.
