When the activation email is sent by the clinic, the treating staff cannot know if the email has been delivered to the email inbox unless the patient mentioned it.
The client would like to receive a message or notification to confirm that the email has been received by the patient in their email inbox. The issue is that sometimes the clinic sends the activation email and the patient doesn't receive it, so they keep trying to send the email. They want to know if the email was never receive because it failed to be sent, for instance via a notification.
