This is the same idea as personalizing or adding favorites to Descriptions when attaching documents, but using a behaviour that already exists in MYLE for free text. Behaviour currently available in Descriptions for Recalls.
Although it is possible to lock the Description field, many clinics scan a variety of documents without them being triaged beforehand. The locked description would therefore not be useful in this case.
Having personalized or showing previously entered descriptions will help speed up clinics' administrative workflow. Especially useful when clients report that the existing Classes or the options from the dropdown menu for Descriptions are not as relevant to their practice.
Also requested by effiscience. In Medesync, the client is able to personalize and create templates for descriptions.
In MYLE, the workflow will be greatly slowed down in comparison, because the user will have to manually input each description each time.
For this client, descriptions will match the molecule (ex. Clinical Note - Ocrevus) used in perfusion therapy offered by nurses, based on the paper forms that have been filled out during the treatment. Forms will remain paper to facilitate collaboration among the team.
