Display method for temperature taken

Scroll down menu available to indicate method of taking temperature, but method is only displayed when clicking on the details of the vital signs. Method is not displayed in the actual note, but is of clinical significance (ex. temperature taken orally can be different from temperature taken rectally). Relevant for clinical decision-making.
