Request form BC: Be able to to add the MRP when creating a patient file from an appointment taken by Portal

When someone creates a Portal account and books an appointment without having a file at the clinic, users need to create a file from the appointment in CALENDAR.

When creating the file from the appointment, they would like to have the option to add the MRP (Most Responsible Practitioner) of the patient.
