To have the medical summary open by default when opening a medical note

– Task affected: The customer reports that, with the medical summary open in the medical note, when he approves the note, the medical summary closes (he needs to click on the little arrow to unroll it). And when subsequent notes are opened in the portfolio, the medical summary remains closed. He has to click on the little arrow to open it. He would like the medical summary to be open by default when he works on medical notes, because it's an important element and he always works with the medical summary.
