USER: Ability to add a message that would inform patients when a locum is replacing a provider

Context: Most clinics in BC uses the Patient Portal for the appointment booking, clinics would appreciate a way to advise their patients when they are booking online that the appointment will not be with the MD they are booking with but with a locum instead for a certain period of time

Workaround: Add a disclaimer to the services of the MD - not ideal in the sense that it would need to be one specific service per MD for this to be properly functional. Sometimes, multiple MDs are being locumed for so this adds a significant amount of extra admin work for MOAs.

Improvement idea: add a section in the User profiles named '' coverage '' per example that would allow admins to add who is covering for who for a specific amount of time and that would be customizable.

Impacted users: MOAs and providers - would also have a positive impact for patients as they would know in advance who their provider will be.
