Fax Web - Signature: Add an option to always add the signature documents, prescription and requests

Users love the new PIN Frequency section in SETTINGS, but they would like another option in the list of frequencies calls "Automatically Sign" which will automatically add the user's signature to the element (documents, prescription and requests) after they click on the Save option.
