PATIENT - Note: Add photo in a note from a cellphone using the Handwritten Notes section

In the Handwritten Notes section, users would like 2 improvements.

1) Add the functionality to add a photo to a medical note directly with the user's cellphone by clicking on a “your cell phone” button directly in the EMR, which sends a text message allowing them to insert the photo in question.

2) Even more useful, add another link, “with the patient's cell phone”, lets you enter a photo taken by the patient directly on his or her cell phone (of a skin lesion, for example).
