Enhance Subject Field in appointment

Some users using e-clinibase need to add a subject ( in comment section)_ and synch to myle, and sometimes the subjects are too long for the subject field, which confuses some users, making them think that the field is limited. However, this is not the case; users need to scroll right or left to see the whole content. It would be beneficial to add a dynamic field that enlarges depending on the text added.
