Like the General Instructions section that they can use to include a message to the pharmacists in the RX RENEWALS tab or the Prescription section in patient files, when users need to fax an element from MYLE, they would to be able to add a comment or note for the receiver.
The sequence suggested:
User clicks on the "Fax" or "Send Fax"
Search the receiver in "Recipient Name"
Confirm the fax number is correct and select the entry if it is
Under the "Fax Number " section and over the "Attach a document" option, they would like to see the section "Comment for the recipient" where they can add a note.
Example:
"Hello,
Here's the document signed by Dr. X that Dr XYZ requested on XX-XX-2024
If Dr XYZ already started his vacation and he's unavailable, please share this document with Dr ABC
She will know what this is about"
