Private Billing user tracking/chronology of events

Client wishes to have the user chronology of event shown in private bills (just like how notes are or in the appointment box)

1. – Affected user(s): Anyone who has access to private billing

   – Task affected: Private billing log

   – Impact : To keep track of who modified/changed element or did what in a private billing

   – Current state currently, you cannot tell much which user did what, theres no way to see who modified any part of a private bill and who closed it. Only who created the bill will show. This can actually be an issue if someone takes a cash payment and close the bill, there is no way to know who did what and who took the cash on the record, for example.

i have written what i did in the service field between under medfar support and naim user right after the other, as you can see, the only info appearing is who created the actual bill, anything other than that is unknown, despite all actions taken in this bill

**note that method of payment was under Payable all along until 5th action
