gmfdessommets - Create duplicate dashboard in Reporting tab from Gestion des Comptes Portail with filter addition

As a user I want to create a duplicate of the Gestion des comptes Portail for gmfdessommets that would contain the filters for site and for family doctor so that I can access a list of patients that created their portal accounts but that have not yet been linked to their patient file.

In which specific component of which dashboard will this change need to be made? GESTION DES COMPTES PORTAIL - either add filter to this dashboard or create a duplicate with the added filters.
