Add Check Number Field When "Check" is Selected as Payment Method

Currently, when users select the "Check" payment option, there is no section to enter the check number directly into the billing window. As a result, users must email support to reopen the bill and add the check number, which is time-consuming and inefficient. Adding a section to input the check number when "Check" is selected would streamline the process and enhance user convenience.
