COMMUNICATIONS: Allow senders to add document(s) to a task they already sent

Users would like to be able to add a document to a task they already sent

– Affected user(s): Users who send tasks

– Task affected: Sending tasks

– Impact : Time waste redoing a task if they forgot to attach a document

– Current state: If the user forget to add a document to a task and sends it, they need to start over and send it again
