Dre Stephanie Moynihan would like us to put a restriction on notes sent for supervision so that they can only be approved by the selected supervisor.
She explained to us that she had a case where a student account in MYLE sent her a note so that she can supervise it and then approve it, but another user went inside the note and approved it.
She explained that this behaviour should not be allowed because when a note is sent to her for supervision, she is under a legal obligation to make sure that everything in the note was correct and to approve it herself. Especially that by default, approved notes do not show in portfolio unless the status is manually selected, and is not reflected in the counter.
