The clinic is emailing because they are having issues with patients cancelling their appointments between Fri-Sun. The problem is coming from the fact that when they come in on Monday they don't have time to rebook their appointments that were cancelled on the weekend leading to fewer patients seen. So they are requesting to be able to modify the schedule for the appointment reminders for their Monday appointments.
