grab Care Connect/ Pharmanet data and add to clinical note

Users can access Care Connect and Pharmanet by clicking the button. Users want to open them and grab the data there and add them into clinical note right away.

whether that is drag and drop, or just temp popup that you can grab the data( as we support in result tab for generating note) and click 'note taking' button, then the grabbed one can generate a note with the data
