Memo: See history of all the entries under the last update of a memo

– Affected user(s) : Users who create memos and users who update memo that to know when it was modified, what was added and by whom.

– Task affected : Memo management by doctors, admins and secretaries.

– Impact : After they modify it, the original author and time of entry is replaced by the subsequent author. It causes confusion as to who and when the different messages were created.

– Current state : Not the first time this issue was mentioned, and we do get request to find information that was erased in memo because someone modified it
