Documents - Results imported from DSQ - To replace the "Document date" by the collection date or add a "Sample date" column as in the Results tab

As the prescriber doesn't know the date when the report was transmitted, he needs to search by collection date to find a result,

– Impact : The user will be able to easy find a result, when he knows the collection date,

– Current state : In the result details, we only have the "Document date", but not the collection date, so the user needs to open every attached file, to see the collection date
