Kiosk: Be able to deactivate the "Maximum interval between confirmed appointments" and "Registration delay" options in the Settings section of the Kiosk configurations

– Task affected: Confirm a patient's presence using the Kiosk if they show up more than 55 min in advance or if they have multiple appointments that day with more than 60 min between them.

– Impact : Secretaries need to put their other tasks aside to help them

– Current state Patients are being told by the Kiosk to go see the secretary and the clinic's staff need to put their other tasks aside to help them
