Block access to adults to Pediatric Service appointments through the portal

– Task affected: Booking appointments

– Impact : It would restrict adults from trying to have an appointment with a doctor by taking a service that isn't applicable to them

– Current state Users need to review the calendar to prevent this, since patients are able to take the service.
– Competition consideration: The RVSQ has this feature available.
