The user would like to be able to modify and choose the order of the diagnostics, the same way as in the medical summary.
– Affected user(s): Doctors, nurses, all the users writing medical note
– Task affected: when adding diagnostic in the impression section of a medical note and change it or add some comments to it afterwards
– Impact : It is an issue for doctors because it is important in the way they work to have the most important diagnostic listed first.
– Current state Currently they write their diagnostics but sometimes they had comments or add a new important diagnostic afterwards. These additions/ changes modify the order of the diagnostic. The order is based on the last update date but the users want to be able to choose this order.
