RX RENEWALS: Add an option to approve the document and remove it from the list of renewals

– Affected user(s): User who have access to the RX RENEWALS tab and receive documents that don't a renewal nor a new prescrition for the patient

– Task affected: Quickly removing documents not related to renewals from the tab

– Impact : Users need to either inform a secretary to remove the document by changing its class or access the patient file themselves, which takes time that could otherwise be spent completing renewal requests.

– Current state: There's no option to approve the document and change its class if needed in the RX RENEWALS tab

– Competition consideration: N/A
