ADMINISTRATION: In Sites, add an option to make the MFA activation obligatory for users who have access to that site and place it in the Security section

Affected User(s): Admins responsible for protecting their clinic's and patients' information.

Task Affected: Ensuring that all users have activated MFA.

Impact: Time is wasted accessing the SUIVI DE L'AUTHENTIFICATION MULTIFACTEUR dashboard to identify users who have not activated MFA and contacting them.

Current State: Admins must regularly check the SUIVI DE L'AUTHENTIFICATION MULTIFACTEUR dashboard to identify users who have not yet activated MFA and then request that they enable it in their SETINGS tab.
