Prescriptions: Add an options that mentions that nurses clinicians are authorized to modify a prescription initial prescription according to the INESSS medical protocols

– Task affected: Modifying a prescription made by a doctor

– Impact : They have to waste time “running” after the doctor who prescribed the medication.

– Current state : The nurse clinicians can adjust a medication once the doctor has made the initial prescription according to the INESSS medical protocols, but it regularly happens that the doctor starts a medication and doesn't think to mention on the prescription that they can make the adjustment, because they have to authorize them to apply their protocols.
– Competition consideration: N/A
- Request : They would like 2 boxes to be added when a medication is added to a prescription.
