For the "Action" / Triage notes to be visible when indexing a web fax

When indexing a web fax, there is the possibility to perform triage and add a note. This note is visible in the action column on the main page but it would be beneficial to be visible on the document indexing page too for clinics with a workflow that requires the triage nurse and clerk to coordonates together using the notes.
