Add a details column in Received Faxes

For the client CCSMTL (HV UMJ + HND UMJ médecine de jour sites), which interfaces with eclinibase, the MOAs receive a large volume of faxes and must call patients to set up an appointment date before indexing the fax to a patient file.

They leave notes for actions taken (ex. patient called), but have no way to identify which fax is associated to which patient from the inbox view. They would like a visual reference to quickly identify a patient for documentation purposes.

Suggestion : add a Details column in the inbox view, where the user can add free text. This function is available in the Results tab.
